Update 11/5/2021: Web Slingers no longer requires a virtual queue!

FullSizeRender.jpeg

Virtual Queues are currently used for:

  • Rise Of The Resistance (ROTR)
    40” or taller at Disneyland

  • Web Slingers: A Spider-Man Adventure
    any height

How do I get in a virtual queue?

Virtual Queue’s can be accessed through the Disneyland App at 7:00am and 12:00pm SHARP! When I say SHARP, I mean sharp! If you want to ride these rides you need to do 2 things.

  1. Have your whole party linked on everyone’s mobile devices.

  2. Everyone that has a device must be willing to “play the game” to get the group a spot.

    1. About 5-10 minutes before the time, pull up your app and make sure it is running okay and you have a strong connection (wifi). At 6:59am and 11:59am refresh your page. Then start the count down to refresh your page 5-10 seconds before the clock turns to the hour. Be ready to click, “Join Virtual Queue.”

    2. At the precise moment the clock changes over, everyone CLICK!!

    3. If one member of the linked group successfully reserves a spot the whole group is reserved. It’s just that easy!

  3. You will be given a group number with the amount of minutes till your party will be called.

  4. You will receive a notification when your group number is called. This is when your party can join the queue (line). Yup, there is still a line you need to wait in, lol!

    1. If the ride is down, your wait time may be longer. You are not guaranteed to ride due to malfunctions.

  5. Have Fun!

Are the rides worth it? Oh my, yes!!

  • I would say ROTR is totally worth it! It is a very immersive experience and a lot of fun. A good portion of the line is indoors with spots to sit down. I won’t give any details about the ride so I do not spoil the ride itself.

  • Web Slingers is a fun ride as well and kept me smiling the whole time. For those Disney lovers that have been to DCA before it will remind you of another beloved ride in the park.

Have fun and remember everyone is there to create magical memories!
