This agreement is between "You," "Your," "We," "Our" and Caren David of Mouse House Nanny ("Nanny Caren," "MHN").

We will be purchasing Disneyland and/or Disney California Adventure one-park or park hopper tickets for Nanny Caren with no expectation of financial reimbursement for her to join our family.

Nanny Caren will be holding a designated day(s) and time in order to assist Our family in Disneyland/Disney California Adventure.

The date(s) is/are temporarily held and will not be guaranteed until closer to the date based on Disneyland's reservation availability.

If a change in DATE(s) needs to happen You will give prior notice at least 24 hours before start of service. This agreement may be cancelled with a 24 hour notice.

If a change in TIME needs to happen You will inform MHN the prior evening by 10:00pm. A change in time will only be granted if both parties agree.

*All contracted hours will be paid based on the agreed upon timeframe (start and end time) even if You are late/wanting to start the day later or wanting to end the day early.

Time can be added to the day based on the availability and discretion of Nanny Caren.

All allergies pertinent to the day, especially food allergies, will be divulged prior to meeting.

Care provided by Caren David is focused on the children as part of the family unit.

It is understood that the following services are out of scope: equipment rental (strollers, scooters, etc), reservations (restaurant, hotel, etc.), medical care or advice.

You, the client, give permission to MHN, CarenDavid, to photograph your family throughout the day to be given to you at the end of the day. Permission to use these photographs on MHN social media platforms (IG, FB, Website) will be granted with Your approval for use without any facial coverage or with full facial coverage.

You acknowledge that this is a “waiver and release” and understand that it is a release of liability. You, the Client, expressly agree to release and discharge Caren David from any and all claims or causes of action and agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right you may have to bring legal action against Caren David for personal injury to yourself, or your children. To the extent that statute or law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence. If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from.
